According to me and my search this issue is related with android 7. Then not able to update in home network also. By mobile is best used as paperweight only.

Vishal's issue is that Google Play and only Google Play isn't working while he is on roaming data, so I just want to make sure we're all talking about the same issue in this thread. Roaming issue is with Android itself and we will need to wait for Google to fix it. This is definitely a bug.

If you think you're having connectivity issues with your network, contact your mobile or Internet service provider. Kindly convey this to the developer team.
